Avenues on Fourth is located on 4th Avenue and E Street at 376 E. 4th Avenue in Salt Lake City. We are next to Straw Market and Cafe Shambala - in the heart of the lower Avenues. Please drop by anytime - Monday - Saturday from 10am - 7pm.
